I met Tami at the 2015 Fall Home Show in Nampa. We chatted for a few minutes; I was looking at houses but not ready to buy. She offered to help, took my information, and actively followed up. She did not ask to be under contract, but passed along information on houses she found that would suit my needs. She took me to see numerous houses. Not until I had one in mind and was ready to buy did I sign a contract. After I bought the house, she stayed in touch to remind me of things such as filling for the Homeowners Exemption with the county. She showed a genuine interest in my needs and my choices. She acted more as a friend than as a disinterested professional. I have nothing but good things to say about her and very highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home! (less)

I met Tami at a local home show and was immediately impressed with her ability to quickly understand where I was in the selling process. She offered up valuable advice like a neighbor or friend would.
I had purchased more than one property, but had never sold one, so I really appreciated her expertise and knowledge sharing. I always felt very comfortable with her; never pressured or pushed. It was amazing how she could always suggest a professional that could help with whatever repair or replacement was needed.
She's fast, efficient, knows her stuff and gets the job done all while making it look easy. I've never met a harder-working real estate professional.
I would highly recommend Tami for any Real Estate needs you may have. (less)
